Newlands cricket ground

 South African cricket is played at Newlands Cricket Ground in Cape Town. The Cape Cobras, who compete in the Sunfoil Series, Momentum 1 Day Cup, and RamSlam Pro20 tournaments, call it home.

It is next to the rugby union and football stadium Newlands Stadium. In 1888, the cricket field first opened. In order to create a new office-block development as part of the cricket stadium, it was revealed in March 2019 that the Western Province Cricket Association, the proprietors of Newlands Cricket Ground, had partnered with Sanlam.
